How it works

1. Call 07935 073743. Answered 24 hours, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. You get a person, not a voicemail box.
2. Straight answer on the spot. How many people, what masks, which postcode — and we will tell you immediately whether we can get to you and when. If we cannot, we say so on the call so you can try someone else rather than waiting.
3. We come to you. All equipment travels with us. No one leaves site.
4. Certificates the same day. Emailed as PDFs as soon as the testing is done, so the paperwork exists before anyone asks for it again.

Coverage and timing

We cover London and Surrey, based in Thames Ditton and travelling across south-west London, the City, Canary Wharf and out through Kingston, Weybridge, Staines, Egham and Windsor. Realistic response depends on the hour and where you are, and we will give you an honest window on the phone rather than an optimistic one.

What it costs

Standard testing is £45.00 per person. Emergency and out-of-hours call-outs are quoted on the call — it depends on the time, the distance and how many people need testing, and you will have the number before we set off. No arriving on site and renegotiating.

Worth avoiding next time

Emergency call-outs cost more than planned ones, and the trigger is nearly always the same: nobody was tracking expiry dates or supplier changes. Two habits fix it — test new starters in their first week rather than when a gate stops them, and re-test everyone the moment the mask model on site changes. We are happy to book a standing visit rather than be the 3am phone call.
