The price

What is included

• An on-site visit anywhere in London and Surrey — we come to you
• Taste sensitivity screening for each wearer
• The full seven-exercise qualitative fit test
• Coaching on donning technique — which is what prevents the next failure
• A re-test on an alternative size or model on the same visit, at no extra charge, where you have one available
• An individual PDF certificate per person, emailed the same day

Group booking discounts

Five or more workers on the same visit qualifies, and there is no upper limit. The more people you book onto one visit, the lower the price per person — most of the cost of a visit is getting there, so a team booking is far better value than individuals booked separately.

If you are booking a group, it is worth sweeping up anyone whose certificate is close to expiry or who has changed mask since their last test. Call with numbers and we will give you a figure for the visit.

Emergency and out-of-hours

Evenings, weekends and bank holidays are quoted on the call, based on the time, the distance and how many people need testing. You get the number before we travel — there is no arriving on site and renegotiating. See emergency testing.

What is not included

• Masks. We test on your own RPE, because a certificate is only meaningful for the mask that person actually wears.
• Quantitative testing. We do not offer it. If your team wears full face masks you need a quantitative provider — here is why.
• Train-the-tester courses. We carry out testing; we do not train testers.

Why the price is on the website

Most fit testing companies put "contact us for a quote" and make you ring round three of them to find out that the market rate is fairly narrow. You are trying to budget a job, not enter a negotiation. £45 is the number, group booking discounts come off it, and the only thing quoted case by case is an out-of-hours call-out, because that genuinely varies.
